Sound Forge Audio Studio 17 won't reinstall on my Windows 11 computer

Recently had to reset my computer which deleted all apps. Now trying to reinstall the program. Error msg says: Voucher code invalid or already used. The code is valid and I don't understand the part about it being already used. Need help.

A voucher code is one time use only.

When you redeemed the code the first time, you will have received your serial number for product activation.

The download and serial number will be available in your account, at magix.com, under My Products. Login icon is top right of the homepage, use the email address and password from the previous registration.
