Assuming it was purchased from Magix, it should have been sent to you via email. Check your spam and junk folders.
Did you purchase SF Pro-14 singularly ,... or with the Vegas Pro deal that includes SF Pro? If it came with the VP deal, the third-party plug-ins are not included.
Otherwise, contact the Magix Customer Service Sales Team.
