@Angela-Prosser Then it's probably registered to your old Sony customer account. These accounts were also transferred to Magix. Do you remember the old e-mail address and password?

I don't have access to the old email anymore and I wouldn't remember the password either. I bought it for my business. I only see a trial of sound forge pro 15 on my account now. How would I get a copy of my pro 11?

Hi @Angela-Prosser, you do not need access to your old email account, just the email address (as the user name) and the password of course. Once you log in, the email address can be changed if you so desire. If you still cannot download the SFP-11 installer, we can post a link.

btw, the activation procedure was recently changed for the legacy SCS (Sony) versions:

Yeah the password is incorrect and I need access to the old email to retrieve a new password.

@Angela-Prosser, in that case you will have to contact Magix support. Sorry to say, a response may take 'a while' due to the restructuring of Magix and the acquisition by BorisFX. Magix is still responsible to support the versions they published though. Try Magix support:
https://www.magix.info/us/support/ or via email at: infoservice@magix.net or sales@magix.net .
Otherwise you can download the unpacked Sound Forge Pro 11.0.272 installer here:
