Hi @song-yang, I do not have any ARA capable plug-ins aside from SLP and Melodyne. I think the VST-3 version of the plug-in must be installed. The VST 3 folder must also be entered as a search folder in "Options> Preferences> VST Effects" to operate in the plug in ARA plug-in mode.
64 bit VST-3 plug-ins are installed in the "Program Files> Common files> VST3"

If this does not resolve the issue, try emailing Magix support: infoservice@magix.net or request an offical support ticket.

Of course, my vst folder selection is correct, the folder options of 17 and 14 are the same, but I don't know why sound forge 17 shows ARA and sound forge 14 shows vst3

Almost 2 years later ... I have the same problem in SF Pro 16. Is there any solution meanwhile?

@Timbim There might be a workaround. Install the free Sound Forge Pro 18 trial and copy the audio_plugin_scan_server EXE files from the SF 18 directory to your SF 16 directory (make a backup of your files first!).

This workaround already helped other users with plugin problems, for example here: https://www.magix.info/us/forum/ozone-12-advanced-plugin-not-recognized-in-sound-forge-audio-studio-17--1349679/

That sounds promising! Thank you!
