magix and its a sub, i have the invoice and the charge on my card. but no loops and its not showing on my music maker, it says nothing was sub, also my account doesnt show the last time my loops were purced, what do i do, this is the 2nd time this happened to me, so what do i do, and who can i call to fix this mess?
corrections in the store its saying no item matching this selection are available for purchase, its saying that subscription doesn't exist when i click on unlimited sound loops in the store. So now how do i get my loops that i paid for if its not show right in the store?
@Shaunna-kelly If you already have Loops Unlimited enabled you can just download the loops you want from the in-app-store. Maybe not the newest release because it always takes some days until it is available. If Loops Unlimited isn't activated correctly please open File > Settings > Program Settings and click on the button to clean up the store. This usually helps if something wasn't loaded correctly.
