Don't expect any replies then. Most of these problems come down to either configuration of the program or is hardware related. We have no idea which to look at without more information.

I can only fully echo @CubeAce's comment that you should not expect any replies unless you are prepared to be more helpful to us. You really have told us nothing: about your computer, its hardware, OS etc. (read the linked post in Ray's answer which tells you all the details we really need); the exact version and variant of MEP (?) which you have; the source and format of your video files; etc., etc..
You can see and hear what is happening on your computer, we cannot!
