I haven't been able to use Soundpool for almost two months. I bought MM 2026 for 99 euros on this sale. I've been writing to Magix for two months and it always works for me, but I can't reach a real person to solve my problem. After installing MM 2026 and activating MM 2026, my Soundpool still asks me to pay for everything.

How, exactly, did you activate MM 2026? Since this would have been a paid upgrade to any earlier version you had, are you certain you entered correctly the serial key what you would have received in an email confirming your purchase?
Are you also saying you actually purchased "Loops Unlimited"? Is that purchase confirmed in that same email?

@Tony-Kovac The Ultimate version doesn't include the Loops Unlimited subscription. Of course, you should be able to access all Soundpools included in Music Maker Ultimate for free.
But they didn't and I'm wondering who I can contact other than Ai because I did everything Ai told me to do and after a few messages he took me back to the beginning.

Please do not hijack another user's thread in this way but rather create a new thread with full details of your system (including your audio interface) and the exact version and edition of Music Maker which you have.

Have you used Music Maker before?
In your image, I see one Soundpool that says Download. Did you download and install it? You show the image of the Store - that is not where you use Soundpools.
Did you download and install everything under Downloads?
Please post the complete image of your screen showing the Store - right to the bottom. You should have credits available.
Did you select your Soundpools and Instruments from the Store and get them using your credits?

Please, "I did everything Ai told me to do" tells us nothing. Indicate what it said and what you did. We can't see your screen.
Did you check the location of the Soundpools folder to see what you have there? The path is indicated in the Program Settings.

Finally accepted the coupon code. It kept telling me it had been used but tonight it went through and everything is open. Thanks for the help.
