We need more information:

Music Maker version number under Help, About, and is it the Free, Plus or Premium variant

Also did you you:

  1. Use the Download all purchased content option in the Store settings (click the Gear) ?

    If so when the downloads finished did the installer(s) then start and install all the downloaded components?
  2. Use the Downloads tab to download and install the extra content?

    If so were you asked to authorise any of the content?
  3. Restart Music Maker after installing the Soundpools?

Try rescanning the Soundpools - Program settings, General tab, Rescan Soundpools
