I registered my SpectralLayers Pro 2 license several years ago (2017). It shows up in my list of products as registered and yet if I try to run it I get a notice that it needs to be registered. I get a screen asking for my login information which I enter but then nothing happens. I was told to try it 3 times and that I would get a computer ID and would have to go to sonycreativesoftware.com/register to enter my serial number and computer ID. Well this worked once but when I entered the info and clicked to proceed ... guess what ..... nothing happened but I was taken to a blank screen.
Needless to say this has been quite frustrating. Almost as frustrating as finding out how to open another ticket about this issue on Magix's Support web site.
