Hello there. Since a few days ago (6) i have to deactivate my sf from my pc and reactivate again. why is this?? This is very anoiying because i have to go to another pc to get my info so i can login and do the whole deactivate / activate process. This is costing me a lot of time. What do i have to do to prevent this from happening?????????

What version of SF?
Is this an SF 10 or 11 'Elevated Privilege' issue??

I am not sure what you are asking, but regarding activations... aside from Sound Forge 365, which can only be used on one PC (1), you can have Magix versions of Sound Forge activated simultaneously on two (2) PCs. There are two ways to deactivate a device so you can activate a different PC.
The on-line "My Products > Show More Details > Deactivate" method can only be used once a month. The alternate, "Deactivate the software on this PC.." from the 'Help menu', can be used as often as needed. The PC must be connected to the internet though when activating or deactivating.

FWIW, Sonic Foundry and SCS (Sony) versions of SF are not limited to just one or two PCs.

Hi there. this is issue is happening on the same pc everytime i want to start sf (365) with no hardware change at all. So i don't understand why i have to deactivate and activate the same pc over and over again.

Regards

What do you mean by "hardware change? Do you have it installed on two PCs and are switching back and forth??

Otherwise, I am not at all familiar with SF 365 registration process, aside from it can only be activated on one PC at a time.
