@John-Aivaliotis Have you disabled the correct license in case you own multiple versions of Sound Forge?

Is this the 365 version of SF? If so, it is automatically limited to one installation active at a time.

Try deactivating one of the two Sound Forge activations directly in SF (Help> Deactivate the software on this PC) menu.
There is a 'once-a-month' limitation doing it online through Magix' service center.
