I'll say immediately that I don't have Sound Forge Pro but, assuming you are asking about the storage location of your recorded audio files, the standard Windows process is to use "File>Save as..." and on the screen that opens, change the location where the file is saved to whatever you want it to be.

Or am I misunderstanding your question...?

Change "Temporary files and record folder" location to a location on your other drive.
