I don't think that it's been in the Storyboard mode, but the +/- slider is in the Scene Overview, which is probably where you saw it.

Thanks, I've had Magix Edit for over 10yrs so it's been a long time since i saw it, Shame tho, as you can see from my pic it's not easy for me to make out the name of each clip, I was hoping making them bigger would enlarge the writing but never mind, I'll get some glasses 🤓😂

I was uploading some clips earlier when i commented so couldn't access Magix but +- isn't in Scene Overview ether anymore 🙁
You're right, it's gone from Scene Overview! I had checked 2015 and 2016 and the +/- for Scene Overview was there. 2019, gone. It's still in VPX10.
As for seeing the name of the video/image clip, it's much easier to see on the timeline.

Yep, thought i'd seen it, Not going mad, 🙂
I normally work on the timeline, i didn't find it easy to see the writing with the object colour at default either tho so i change it to turquoise, but when loading a few clips i just drag them into the Storyboard mode, let it create proxys while i put the kettle on, Just had a look for my old CD, Movie edit 10 👴 I remember that was my 2nd CD, an upgrade, don't remember the previous one, I think it was 8? 😂

Stupid question but which one is VPX10? I've just renewed my Pro Plus package but might upgrade? thanks
Now would not be a good time to switch to VPX. A new version with new bugs is expected out this summer and they haven't fixed the bugs that we, in the forum, have identified in the current version and reported to Magix.
Also, Magix will undoubtedly offer an interesting price to move up to VPX at some point.
BTW, I usually use Object Properties to see the file name, Ctrl+E.
Also, VPX has a Project Folder, so you can see the names (and description if you put one in) of objects that are on the timeline. You can find the object on the timeline by asking the Project Folder to select it on the timeline.
We're in different time zones. I just posted a message soliciting comments about the new VPX11.

Hi, i just got an offer of updating to Video Pro X but as i say I've just renewed my Pro Plus package so i think I'll take your advise & wait a while, feel like I'm getting my money's worth then update when the bugs in VPX have hopefully been mainly resolved, Thanks 👍
