I have a music video that was widescreen, and when I received it, it had been compressed to 4X3 screen size. Characters appear tall and narrow.  When one 'stretches' the video (in realplayer) Wide, then one can view in correct format and persons are back to normal. I wish to apply a filter to the whole video to 'stretch wide' and then resave this to restore the video back to correct format.  Is such a filter available and in what program version?  I have Magic Movie Edit Pro 15.
