Hi

MEP has bubble text objects as shown here

To add these to the timeline there must be a video r image objct at tne positon where you want to add the bubble

When you add one the timeline will look something like this

Double click the Title object and enter your text.

Note: you may have to make various adjustments to get what you want eg placement and size of the bubble and text, colour of text, font etc.

Please do not abbreviate the program name - you have Movie Edit Pro 2015, abbreviating this causes confusion with earlier versions and the please state the full name as found under Help, About . . . , this will also tell us which version you have.

Movie Edit Pro is often abbreviated to MEP.

you could then use the 3D titles with Size/Position, etc, to get a wide range of results.
