Successfully redeemed a voucher code but my email address is inactive

Hello,

I just redeemed a voucher code on your site and it went successful.

However, I was supposed to recived the serial code and download link via email, but the email address registered on your site is no longer active hence unable to receive them,,

Could you kindly support? My alternative email address is Email address removed by Moderator and it would be great if you can resend the information there.

I appreciate your support on this.

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so not a contact for any Magix staff and personal data, like your email address, should never be posted here. Hence, I have edited your post.

To change your registered email address you should go to your Magix account, log in using your old email address (hopefully you can remember your password), go to User data and change your email address to the correct one.

Wait a few minutes and then email infoservice@magix.net, explain that you have changed your email address in your account, and ask that they resend the confirmation of purchase email.

If you cannot remember your account password and so cannot access the account to change your email address you will need to send an email to the address I have given you, containing FULL details of the problem including your old and new email addresses and ask for their help to resolve this.
