I have posted a support request and got a mail saying a ticket has been created, but then I dont hear anything more. How long time does it take for a response from the support team ?? -petter-
@PetterHarbo-Enge The last time I had a support request it took 3 months and about a dozen e-mails and in the end, the problem was only solved because an executive staff member saw my complaint about this on this forum. Then it was solved in a day.
The problem is either that the AI bot doesn't foward your e-mails to human support or they are still way behind in responding to support tickets. In 2025 support staff either changed or was reduced and after these events they were behind thousands(!) of tickets.
Before 2025 they usually responded in an acceptable timeframe.

The reason for my inquiry was that I have bought a video grabber software from them and in the software I needed to down load an encoder to be able to save the files in MP4 format. When I tried to download the program reply that the registrated software was registered on another email address and that I should contact support. Error 24. I dont know why that happened since I did not get any message like that when I did the registratiom. So now I am in a need for that encoder. Do you know if its possible to get encoders outside the software ?
