Syles have disappeared

Recently started using MMM Premium 2014 and installed Soundpool 20. When I started the program today, all my old styles have disappeared, can anyone help please? Many thanks

Try resetting the program to its default settings - File, Settings, Reset

or are you sure you are not using easy mode?

You can also refer a pdf tutorial may be you learn something.
