synths not working in Music maker 17

I have recently upgraded from Windows Vista to Windows 7 , and now the bundled synths (Saxophonia / space pads) don't seem to work on my Music Maker 17 - the program can't seem to locate the files . The synth will play if you click the icon in the synth directory , but wont if you drag to main screen . Any thoughts anyone as I'm not paying $12.99 for technical support

Hi

Did you do an in situ upgrade from Vista to Windows 7 or format the hard drive, install Windows 7 and then all your software?

This is possiblly a files permissions problem caused by the upgrade to Windows 7- try re-installing the software and select the Repair option.
