I have recently purchased a new computer I would like to move magic to my new computer. When I downloaded it the program is making me pay for more tracks and plug ins. How do I transfer what I already paid for?
@Rob-Pace You need to be logged in into the user account or else the program will only work in the free version mode. If you cannot log in you can go into the program settings and click on the button to clean up the store. This will delete the cache and can solve log-in-problems.
The program is saying that I’m using the free version. I purchased the disk and used it to put the program on my computer . I’m just trying to transfer it to my new computer. What do I need to do? I deleted the cache and signed into my account but I’m getting the same results.
Yes the only thing I changed was computers. I read in the manual that I had to deactivate one to use it on another computer. I did that and now I still can’t activate the program on my new computer. The program states that I can use up to two devices so I don’t understand what to do.
@Rob-Pace No, you don't need to deactivate your other installation. Music Maker 2021 saves all your purchases in your account and not on your machine.
Can you please look up your user account on Magix.com. You can log in with your e-mail and password. Then look under 'My Products' if Music Maker 2021 Premium edition is listed there (the version you named in this topics title). If it isn't listed there, then you don't have a Premium edition license in this account. This would explain why you just can use the free version.
You must make sure that you use the same account you used in the past to register Music Maker 2021 Premium Edition.
@Rob-Pace That's a completely different program called Sound Forge Audio Studio. Please make your serial number unreadable because this is a public forum.
So did I use my serial number to register the wrong program? I’m not sure what your telling me I’m just trying to get magix music maker premium to work on my new computer without me having to pay for it again.
@Rob-Pace You probably used a different e-mail address (maybe with a typo)? That would explain all the problems you encountered. This would mean that your Music Maker 2021 license is registered to a different account.
Contact sales support at infoservice@magix.net with your information and ask them for help. Since we here are just users like you we can't do anything because we cannot access your user account.
I have hidden two of your earlier posts (those containing images) because one revealed your personal email address and the other revealed the serial number/activation key for one of your products. You should never post such personal, confidential data to a public forum like this one.
One inevitable question: on the (now hidden) screen which asked you to "Enter your Music Maker 2021 serial number here", did you do so?

If the image of the program you posted above is the one you are trying to activate - Yes.
Sound Forge Audio Studio was an extra program that came with Music Maker.

You should have the new serial number in the confirmation email you received when you bought the upgrade.
In addition to using this - you will also need to download and all the Extra Content that becomes available.
