I cannot use any Movie Studio 17 Platinum products as all I get is terrible audio noise when I launch any Magix product. I must reboot my system to be able to hear any audio in any other program. I have been asking for support for 3 weeks and I get nothing back from Magix. I cant even get a support ticket number. I do get rude comments from the community. I never needed support from Magix with previous versions so I really want to know if support even exists. I am using a Lenovo P53S, Win 10, 32G RAM, Realtek HD Audio system. No issues with previous versions of the software. Please give me some real support and a ticket number.
