I paid by Paypal and it went through properly. My credit card in Paypal was charged. But, I got an error message saying some error and I didn't get anything. Not an email or anything. The products are still in my cart! Are you sure you are a tech company???. Also, you cannot even find "MAGIX Video deluxe 2026 Ultimate" in your own product list.
These are user to user forums, not any contact for Magix staff so your question is highly unlikely to receive any official reply here, sorry.
If you did not receive an email confirmation of your purchase then you will not have been charged; your money is held by PayPal until Magix request it, but they cannot do this if your order has failed.
To confirm this you can contact PayPal and ask for details of the error which prevented the order completing, as well as emailing infoservice@magix.net and asking whether they have any record of your order.
