I paid by Paypal and it went through properly. My credit card in Paypal was charged. But, I got an error message saying some error and I didn't get anything. Not an email or anything. The products are still in my cart! Are you sure you are a tech company???. Also, you cannot even find "MAGIX Video deluxe 2026 Ultimate" in your own product list.
