Hi I purchased the Magix Video Deluxe 2026 Ultimate only yesterday (I thought it was time for an upgrade) only to find that some of the features are only available through a subscription service, this was never mentioned in the dozens of emails I received, but heyho, as I am just finding my way round the programme can anyone tell me how to buy a subscription? Also has anyone had the entire thing freeze on them as this has already happened to me twice now, and like I say I only purchased it yesterday! I am in the United Kingdom.

To access the AI and Hub features you need to log in to the Magix Hub using the email address and password used to activate the software.

Note: set up the voice style, pitch and speed and check the result using the Generate Preview button, this is free and you can change the voice and settings without using up some of your character limit.

Once you generate the full audio and download the audio file(s) the character limit is reduced.

Once you have used up or approach your limit, you should get a message saying you can purchase more characters.

Hi,

Yesterday morning and for the last week or so, Text-to-Speech and Speech-to-Text were not working due to an outage with MicroSoft Azure, provider of the service. It seems that service was restored in the afternoon.

You don't need a subscription, access to the Hub for TTS and STT and Stock Media is included with limits, which are shown under your Profile in MAGIX Hub. If you run out, you can purchase more by clicking on Buy Voucher under your Profile in the Hub.
