Text-To-Speech Generating Preview/Full Audio stopped working

Greetings everyone,

I utilize the Text-to-Speech a lot for my work but today, I'm unable to generate any audio. Preview or Full Audio.

I tested the audio on my work files and also the audio segment for my Movie Studio 2025 Suite and everything plays audio except text to speech.

Please note:

Using Movie Studio 2025, Windows 11 25H2 (software worked fine with the latest Windows update and was able to use it days ago), audio is playing on work files and also audio (music and free music tab), just not text to speect on MAGIX Hub.

I have plenty of characters available. Mute is definitely not on. Hit generate and nothing happens, it tries to connect to the server but no audio is being played at all.

A restart of PC has been done, still doesn't fix the issue.

Last resort is uninstalling and reinstall but everything is working, just not text to speech.

Not sure if a server is down or what? So, I wanted to check in.

I have quite a similar problem, but speech to text doesn't work. Analyzing starts and some word is coming to the one "box", but then it stops and nothing happen. Functionality has been worked very well earlier.

My problem is Speech-to-Text. It last worked properly for me using VP22 on 09/30/2025. I then went on vacation for a couple of weeks. Upon returning home I took advantage of a 25% discount for VP 23 and installed this newest app. Yesterday Speech-to-Text analysis in VP 23 started at 10.8% progression for a moment, then reverted to 1.1% where it remained stuck. Running VP 22 (which worked fine a few weeks ago), analysis progression stopped at 1.4%. So I put in a trouble ticket and am awaiting Magic's response. I can't help but believe that the problem is on their end, as the AI analysis appears to be done in real-time over the internet and is tied to our Magix and Vegas Hub accounts! Hopefully they have a quick and simple fix!!

There are threads on the Vegas forum on both the Hub and text issues. The problem appears to not be Magix's but linked to Microsoft issues with the hosting.

I checked the Vegas Forum but still waiting to see if there are any updates between Magix/Microsoft? This is terrible for business and sure, there is Open AI Whisper but I'm giving the Magix team the benefit of the doubt. At least post an official message with a latest update. I missed my last work deadline because of this, and I'm hoping by the end of the week, it's back up!

It's working!!! Not sure if it was Magix or Microsoft, but it must have been a major glitch to go on this long, but glad they fixed it!
