@allaa-Azawi

Hi

From the PC Doctor toolbox information for the previous 30 days there appear to be several different sources of crashing none of which appear to have been caused by or affected MEP.

MEP - 2 crashes with the same time.

Service_Rel_u_x64_vc16.exe - 2 crashes with the same time - this is the Magix Cloud import and update notifier program - this is independent of MEP and can be uninstalled - it is also known as Update Notifier, Magix Connect, Network Sync and from the data has not occurred on the same date as MEP crashing.

The rest are Windows issues:

WaaSMedicAgent which is responsible for repairing Windows Update when it breaks, this would suggest a Windows update has failed.

193 - this I believe is the DISM 193 error which also relates to the Windows possibly an update has partially succeeded and left Windows in an 'unstable' configuration.

Searchapp.exe this is the Windows Search program

To fix the issues check - see this tutorial and do all steps. For uninstalling use Revo Uninstaller freeware to initiate the uninstall and scan for leftover files, folders and registry items left behind - these should also be removed.

Hi John EB

first, I use as you told me Revo Uninstaller freeware to uninstall MEP from my computer with all the hidden files and everything goes well, after that we make a Windows system scan and there is nothing wrong shown but still, the computer freeze and i don't want to reinstall MEP again and it doesn't work and what I can do solve the computer problem so that reinstall MEP.

thanks
