The DVD's that I create will only play in one player.

I am using Video Pro X Version 18.0.1.89; record on Verbatim DVD-R. My DVD's only play on 1 player. The manual says to use MPEG 4 Simple and the NTSC Standard DVD Settings. I cannot find these settings in the burn setting. I read that there was a patch in 2015. I would think that they would have fixed this by now. Where do I find the patch?
