The plug-in could not be run

I am running a registered version of Movie Studio Platinum 15.0

When I attempt to ad ANY FX plug-in, I get this message:

The plug-in could not be run. One or more components required to run this plug-in may be missing. If a hardware key (dongle) is required to operate this plug-in, ensure that it is properly installed. The COM object failed to initialize.
The Plug-in '%name of plugin%’ failed to load. Please make sure the plug-in is properly installed.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled MMPlat 15, and the same message occurs always.

Hi.

Unfortunately you are using the wrong forum for Vegas products. You need to ask this question at the vegascreatives.net forum.

This forum only deals with the later version of Movie Studio when Magix took over the upkeep of the product and is effectively a different product now. The users here may well not have experience of this product.

This topic will now probably get locked by one of the forum administrators.
