The program could not be started..

Came across Music Studio on my laptop I haven’t used it for years, I’m getting an error code -6, says reinstalling the programme could remedy the problem. How do I do this? Thanx

@helen-f In case your Music Studio version is not too old you can go to Magix.com and log in with your user account e-mail and password and then you can look up your Music Studio version under "My Products". There you can see your serial number and redownload the installation program for reinstalling your software.

I think it’s 2015, may have been a cd or dvd version, not sure, will try and log in and see, Thank you
