No, there is no telephone support but you can raise a support ticket via this page, provided you have registered the product and have a Magix account. (The process to create a ticket can be slightly arduous, just make sure you click on "Ask Support" at the final page.)
However, because of the covid pandemic, most, if not all Magix staff are working from home so you may not receive a very fast response, sorry.
So, if you tell us exactly which version and variant (Basic, Plus or Premium) of MEP you have, along with full details of your computer (please see this post for details that we really need) we, fellow-users, may well be able to suggest remedies for you.
