Hello. I work on Movie edit Pro. The program stops during operation. No reaction to the mouse, keyboard. The same happens with the export of the finished movie.
Computer specification, Windows version and program version, see this topic for what is required and please quote processor and graphics card make/model in full.
I would suggest you put this information in your profile signature so we do not have to keep asking for it.
Are the graphics card drivers up to date?
A screen shot of the Program settings, Display options or Device options tab would help.
Was there any error dialog that popped up when the crash occurred, if so what was the message

The only item I can see that may cause the crashing of MEP 2020 is the video format which is a little unusual in that it has PCM encoded audio compared to the standard AAC or AC3 encoded audio normally seen with AVC/h.264 encoded video.
If you do not have Quicktime installed then please do so this should fix the issue, if not then there is something else going on, with the program/video combination, which we cannot see for the information provided.
Nobody on this forum is a Magix employee, everyone here is just a Magix user just like you,
You originally posted about crashing & freezing, you posted the information about the media & your PC, but then you posted a random picture of the exporting window with no explanation about it & had to be asked.
If you want help you need to explain a bit more, if English isn't your 1st language write in your own language & we can translate it, too much information is better than too little. at the moment this post is a bit of a guessing game.
As Gid has said, we are all users of the programs here and no Magix staff interact with the forums.
However with the additional picture you posted I can see you have no active hardware acceleration so you should check the following program settings within Movie Edit Pro.
.
In the video mode tab, in the middle to the left, both of the Video mode boxes should be set to your nvidia card. Ignore what you see in my example as I no longer run that version and the image was to explain another problem.
Reinstalling anything may do more harm than good if the program settings are wrong in the first place.
All you do is create more and more operating shortcuts to commands that no longer exist. That will eventually slow down your whole computer bit by bit,
The program settings will need to be reset manually if not already correct (Which they appear to be wrong at present if you haven't changed them to the settings I suggested.) or the program will keep the same settings regardless of anything else you do.
This image you gave shows me that if you have an nvidia RTX 2060 Super, that your program settings I showed you are not correct.
You should have access to hardware acceleration and you do not.
