The red line during playback, no longer moves.

There was no indication of a problem... I just started MM 2013 and played back a song I was working on and the red line did not move nor is there any equalizer indication - you know the volume bar that moves from gray to yellow or red depending on how loud the sound is... does not show either.

I tried resetting the progam... several times... nothing changes... the line does not move...

I am thinking of uninstalling and then reinstalling... what would happen if I do that to my downloaded sound pools?

Any ideas on how to get the red line back would be appreciated... thanks...

Little more information would help...Can you hear your song ? or do you get nothing. Problems like this are usually a setting got changed or not changed depending on situation. Before you do a re-boot, save your soundpools into a different folder...if yu get that far. Its a good idea in any case.

A Windows update cured the same problem for me. A MMM2013 update had cause me to lose the MP3

conversion ability and the Windows update fixed that also.
