Hi

Try resetting the program to its default settings under - File, Settings, Reset program settings to default.

Uninstalling and then reinstalling without running the Magix cleaner tool in between will not fix the problem.

Other than what John has said, be careful when you instal and un install program if, I am not wrong in some cases there are limit for installation.
