The program opens and runs correctly except when I try to save my edits. Either save or save as. I get the same error. An error occurred while creating the media file.

Welcome to the Magix Sound Forge users community @Rick-Dyson.

Does this happen when attempting to save a PCM <.wav> format, or lossy codec types (MP3 for instance)?

Haven't tried .wav.. but it happens when trying to save .mp3

What do you mean by this? Error message? How was it activated then?

Rick-Dyson wrote on 10/19/2020, 10:52 AM

I bought it. Installed it. Activated it online.

Really? How was it activated?
