Are you trying add a time code for a martial arts contest that starts and stops with the action eg in a martial arts contest.

The clock stopping when there is a pause in the round or between rounds and starts again when the bout resumes.

If so then you will have to create a time clock video that you can add to the project and cut it appropriately to match the action.

If not then can you give more detail on what you are trying to achieve.
