The English translation of that dialogue box from Polish is as follows:

"Make sure the drive is not full or write protected if you do not have read or write permission for this path, contact the administrator"

Which version of Windows and Movie Edit Pro Premium are you running.

Have you installed all Windows and Movie Edit Pro Premium updates.

Does the “2015_Intro_Fast.x3d” actually exist in the location specified in the error dialogue box?

If so, what happens if you import the file directly?

Drive is not full and. I'm administrator.

I use Windows 11 - I did upgreade from Win 10 and I Have Movie Edit Pro Premium 2021

I have installed all updates

2015_Intro_Fast.x3d” exist in the location specified in the error dialogue box

If I import the file directly - The whole program stops responding for a long time and needs to be restarted and this is what is done every time you try to apply a 3D title.

I was able to use the title from the program, but the whole program stops responding for a long time and has to be restarted and this is done every time you try to use the 3D title. The same thing happens when adding this title directly from the folder. This problem only occurs with 3D titles

@Piotr-Poncyljusz

I had the same problem with the same set of 3D titles when running an earlier version of MEP under Windows 7. No-one else had that problem at the time. Never had the problem once I switched to Windows 10. Perhaps it is a problem with the combination of your hardware and Windows 11? I don't know that for certain but seems a possibility. You can read my problems on this topic. Looks familiar?

Hi

Windows 11 has enhanced security - check Windows Defender, and any other antivirus program you are using, is not blocking access to the folder specified in the error message, you may need to add Movie Edit Pro (Videodeluxe) as an exception in the Folder protection feature of Windows Defender and other antivirus.
