We purchased a 3 month subscription for Vegas pro 16 at ~$17 per month for 3 months.
Unfortunately you have continued to bill us after the initial 3 month (this is the second month beyond our agreed upon subscription)
Please understand the following:
- we did not agree to any renewal of the subscription
- at no point in the sales process was it communicated to us that there was an automatic renewal.
- there are no clear instruction on you site that shows how to cancel a subscription.
- its almost impossible to actually get a response from your customer service.
Not only do I wish to cancel the subscription that is continuing beyond the 3 months that I agreed to I would also like my money back from 2 times that you have mistakenly charged us.
Please let me know how we can discuss this issue with a live person. I would like this to be settled in an amicable way but I am willing to make this an uncomfortable issue.
