Transferring software to new pc

I have a new pc and was downloading Sony Sound Forge Pro 14. I used my existing key but it's reflecting this is a trial which should not be. How do I correct this issue?

@Alvin-Barlow Maybe you entered something incorrectly? You can find the correct serial number in your customer account at Magix.com

You must also use the same email address. The serial and your email address are paired.
