Trouble in finding serial number

I have just purchased Video Deluxe 2022 Premium and I am having trouble in all areas especially with serial code, I purchased a cd version, I put the voucher code in and it has trouble doing so, I have checked all emails and nothing in any of them with something like that .... I try to register it ask for code I have followed the steps to redeem code and still issues .... Please help me by telling me what I am doing wrong, My last version was 2014

After you have redeemed the voucher code here: www.magix.com/redeem/ you should have an received your serial number which starts with P3-.

If not then email infoservice@magix.net
