Trouble with Music Maker

William-Schaefer wrote on 7/3/2020, 12:01 PM

The Magix Music Maker just stopped working. I tried to create new music like I had done previously, but this time I dropped in an instrument loop into the timeline and didn't hear anything. When I clicked to play, the timeline moved a little then stopped (I didn't even hear anything up to that point). When I got out of the program, I would get a loud static sound in my right speaker when trying to listen to any audio, and could berely hear anything through either speaker.. I had to reboot my computer after cleaning and fixing. Then my sound came back. I bought this software with Magix Movie Studio Platinum 17.

@William-Schaefer

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

The problem you are describing is almost certainly caused by your Audio Driver. Please read this post to learn the sort of information we really need if we, fellow-users, are to have any realistic prospect of being able to help you. Make sure you also tell us about the driver settings on the Audio/MIDI tab of the Program Settings (a screenshot is fine).
