trying to reinstall movie edit PRO its says it is already register to

When reinstalling Movie Edit Pro on new hard drive it say it is already register to mym email address and will not let me activate it

Hi Keith and welcome to the user to user forums.

You will have to go the account you set up with Magix originally and de-register one or both of your registrations first. Then you can re-register the software via the program. Only two copies of the program can be registered for use at the same time.

Hallo Keith,

Have you already run Movie Edit Pro as an Administrator? If not try this.

Right click on the shortcut
Now choose Run as administrator

If you need to run the program as an administrator every time MEP starts up, do the following:

right-click on the shortcut
click on properties
Shortcut tab
then click on: Advanced.
check the box next to: Run as administrator
Click on Ok, Apply and again on OK
