Yes you can use a usb turntable and configure it as an input device for audio or you can use a traditional one connected to a sound card which inputs are suitable for a turntable signal.

Hi,
You can also use an old turntable if you have a preamp between the turntable and the computer, and are able to connect the preamp phono out to computer audio in. That's what I use.
