I had a monthly subscription for unlimited loops for years, but a few months ago I purchased Music Maker 2026 Premium, which comes with unlimited loops for a year. I downloaded the 2026 version (I had been using the 2024 version), and entered the serial number.provided with my purchase. I canceled my loops subscription and everything was working fine. Recently I started getting emails that my payment method wasn't going through. I use PayPal and made sure to not authorize any further withdrawals for the monthly subscription because I suspected automatic withdrawals would keep happening. Now I don't have access to any loops despite having a yearly subscription that I paid for. I tried uninstalling Music Maker and reinstalling and entering my serial number again for my yearly subscription. I still do not have access to loops. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
