I use Magix music maker movie score edition, I am unable to add purchased soundpools from Magix into the styles box at the bottom left corner of the screen.
they show up in my file browser under soundpool but when I go to add them they don’t get added.
one was somehow able to which is:
Rock - Pure Rock
but not:
Chart Hits -fade out
Essential sound fx vol.1
score - fabulous worlds.
is there anyway to get in contact with customer service?

Try logging out of the Store, restart Music Maker and log back into the Store again - this should fix the issue.

Will I also have to delete the soundpool folders and re install them again? When I download them they appear in my downloads as a zip file, this might sound like a dumb question but what do I do step by step after downloading the soundpool files? Just to make sure I’m not doing anything wrong.
It also says when I click out of add soundpool

That is not necessary, logging out of the Store and back in again forces the program to check all your purchases with the registration server, any purchases not found after installation are then picked up..

This suggest your Antivirus Protected folder/Ransomware functionality is blocking the installation process - see this topic, it is the same for other AVs which are known to cause this issue, Windows Defender and BitDefender are 2 others I know of.

I’m sorry to continue to bother you, I have tried all suggestions so far and still no change, the only two soundpools That are in my styles box are the moviescore bill.6 and rock -pure rock
whenever I try to add the others it loads but nothing is there

Looking at the video clip Music Maker appears to be missing (IIRC) two Movie Score Soundpools - is the program registered and activated with the serial number you received?
Is there an icon at the bottom of the Store showing you have a coupon to redeem or Soundpools to select from - it should look something like this
If the program is activated and there are no options for additional Soundpools and Instruments, and everything that was under the Downloads tab when first registered/activated has been installed, then you will need to contact Support through the link at the top of the page - see this guide on how to use/navigate through the Support system.

Here's my guess. That looks like an older style version of the loops section. It's certainly not like that in my versions 2019,20,21. Perhaps the loops no longer have the required information to be put into a styles box in whatever year this version came out. Which year is it?
