Unable to download software

I purchased Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 17, and when I click on the e-mail link, or from within my account pages I get a web page that says "DB_Connect.inc not found". I am unable to download the program. I am using Microsoft Edge Browser.

This just happened to me with my purchase of Sound Forge Audio Studio. I am not happy.
