Unable to purchase Movie Studio Suite last 3 offerings

Since late July, I have tried multiple times to purchase your Movie Studio Suite 2022 + 2023 offer with no success. Today, (Aug 05, 2022) I have received the same offer once again. After checking with my bank, they have assured me the problem is NOT on our end, but on the retailers (your) end. Since the 90's I have used SF, SONY and now MAGIX software. I love your products but am completely frustrated with your ordering process. Please inform me as to exactly how to purchase and download your products as I have no problem at all purchasing software from anyone else. Thank you.

Hi and welcome to the forum.

There are several possible causes for this issue which a few other members of the forum have had:

  • The country selected at the top of the Magix website does not match you geolocation.
  • The requirement for 2 factor authentication - see this support article
  • Geoblocking of some services outside your location by your ISP - try using a VPN in order to purchase

If none of the above resolve the issue then email Magix at: infoservice@magix.net.
