Since I purchased and installed MP3 Deluxe 19 (v18.104.22.168), I have not been about to play or convert any WMA files. Upon launching the program and importing my music, I receive the following message:
The Windows Media system could not respond.
I've been in contact with tech support recently regarding this issue and was told this is a known issue. Unfortunately, they also said "...there hasn't been any further development work done on this product for a while, and [they] cannot promise if this particular issue would be fixed." So I've decided to reach out to the community, since this is a known issue, to see if anyone has had luck with this problem.
