Unlimited loops

I have a big problem.

I used MusicMaker and Loops Unlimited for a year. Then the soundpools stopped loading automatically, and I bought an upgrade for €99.99. I received coupon codes by email — the program upgrade, a coupon for a soundpool, iZotope, etc.

The program updated without any issues. But the soundpools don’t work! In the store it shows that they are connected, but everything is still paid! I cleared the cache, restarted — nothing helps. I can’t activate them!

I contacted technical support on November 7th. Still no response.

How can I get my money back or resolve this technical issue? Thank you!

@Hanna-Auchynikava Did you get a coupon code for another year of Loops Unlimited? And did you redeem it in the program/in-app-store? It usually helps to open the program settings and click on the button to clean up the in-app-store. The will reset the store cache.

Support is currently unresponsive. Users have already reported this in this forum. I myself have been waiting for a response to my support ticket since October 21st. I've followed up every few days, but haven't received any response yet. I'm not sure if there are even many human support staff left. After Magix was sold to a new investor, the company was significantly weakened. Support is now primarily handled by an AI bot.

I can’t activate it! They tell me: “The coupon is invalid, please enter the correct number from the email.” But I’m not typing it manually, so there’s no chance of a mistake — I’m copying it directly from the email!And I cleared the cache as well!

@Hanna-Auchynikava Where are you trying to enter it? I assume you might need to select the Loops Unlimited from the in-app-store and enter the coupon code before checkout.

Alternatively, you could try to visit https://producerplanet.com/us/article/loops-unlimited-10248/ and log in with your Magix customer e-mail address and password. Make sure it's the same account you have registered Music Maker to! Buy the Loops Unlimited annual pack and before payment click on the redeem link and enter your coupon code there.

Be aware, if this works the subscription might auto-renew itself for the full price if you don't cancel it at the latest one month before it runs out.

@Hanna-Auchynikava Then it's already activated. So far, so good. What happens if you try to load a Loops Unlimited pack, for example the Beat Invasion from your screenshot? Do you get an error message?

These loops are fine, they are downloaded.

I want to point out that on April 4th I purchased the unlimited soundpools, supposedly for a year. But they stopped working. I might be mistaken, maybe it was for six months.

@Hanna-Auchynikava Loops Unlimited should still be available to you until April 2026. To my knowledge there is no 6-months-limit.

Your coupon might not work because your subscription is still active until April. If this is the cause of the error, you should be able to use the coupon code after the subscription has run out. So, make sure you don't accidentally delete your e-mails.

Are there any Soundpools that don't work for you?

I see in your screenshot that you have filters enabled for Soul/R&B and World Music. Make sure to disable the filters to see other Soundpools which are currently hidden.

I have exactly the same problem. Says my subscription ends January 2027, but not renewed. In December I purchased upgrade $99 including loops unlimited. Can't do anything as flag is "stuck" on payment required. Lost count of the number of messages I have sent to support, none of which have been answered.

@Tony-Adams Did you check your customer account at Magix.com? There you should find all Magix software license numbers.

Hello! We've resolved that issue, but a new one has arisen. I purchased unlimited loops in November, and you told me I could activate them when my previous unlimited loops expired. The program is working now, and even though I haven't entered any new codes, I'm still receiving emails from Magix about attempts to charge me 149 euros. Why?

But your included screenshot shows you purchased Loops Unlimited in April 2025 so I would expect you would be charged again in April 2026.

I understand that. But in November, I bought another unlimited loops package for 99 euros. I didn't activate it, and now I can't. The loops are working, and they want to charge me 149 euros. I contacted support, but they haven't responded.
