Movie Edit Pro 10 has not been supported / updated for a very long while ago - 2007 or 2008 - and there are no new updates available for this version.

Likewise the registration process for this version probably no longer works.

I would recommend you get a new version which is still supported eg MEP 2014 or 2013.
