I got an email that proDAD 5 is offered by upgrading to Video Pro X12 - I already have X12 and have paid for the upgrade service until April 2021. Valid until:Unlimited - Update Service:Until 04/04/2021. How do I get proDAD 5.

I'm afraid the upgrade you pay for is only for the programs updates and patches for one year and not for any additional promotional third party effects offered at the time of sale. If you decide to renew the update offer when your current one expires you will get the third party plug-in offered at that time.
